All is Bright Lighting is run by Bryce Graf and his wife out of Dundas, Minnesota. Not a franchise, not a crew of subcontractors — when you call, you get the person who will be on your roof.
How this started
Bryce Graf grew up near Rochester and has lived in Minnesota his whole life. It went lemonade stands, then mowing lawns, then landscaping, and then lighting — which turned out to be the one that stuck.
What got him was how completely light changes a place. You can spend a season on landscaping and get something lovely in daylight. You can spend an evening on lighting and change how a whole street feels after dark. That has been the business since 2017.
Why we lease instead of sell
Plenty of companies will sell you lights and hang them once. We decided early on to do the opposite: the equipment stays ours, and so does every part of looking after it.
That is better for both of us. You never own a box of strands that will be four years old and half-dead by the time it matters. We get to use commercial-grade LED, maintain it properly, and know exactly what is going back up on your house next November — because it has been in our building all year.
Every job includes
- Design consultation — We look at the house, talk through what you want lit, and price it before anything is ordered.
- Professional installation — Commercial-grade LED, fitted to your rooflines — scheduled with you, not dropped on you.
- In-season maintenance — A strand fails in December, we come out and fix it. That is included, not an extra call-out.
- Takedown — Scheduled after the holidays. You never get on a ladder in January.
- Year-round storage — The lights are ours and they live with us for the other eleven months. Nothing in your garage.
Where we work
We are five minutes from downtown Northfield and we work outward from there across Rice, Dakota, Goodhue, Scott and Steele counties. If you are not sure whether you are in range, the answer is usually yes — have a look or just ask.
