It went lemonade stands, then mowing lawns, then landscaping, and then lighting — which turned out to be the one that stuck. What got him was how completely light changes a place: you can spend a season on landscaping and get something lovely in daylight, or spend an evening on lighting and change how a whole street feels after dark.
It has been the two of them out of Dundas since 2017. Not a franchise, not a crew of subcontractors — when you call, you get the person who will be on your roof.

Plenty of companies sell three tiers and fit your house to whichever one you bought. We start at the kerb and look at what the house already does — the peaks, the dormers, the tree that deserves to be the whole show. Then five things stop being yours:
- Design consultationWe look at the house, talk through what you want lit, and price it before anything is ordered.
- Professional installationCommercial-grade LED, fitted to your rooflines — scheduled with you, not dropped on you.
- In-season maintenanceA strand fails in December, we come out and fix it. That is included, not an extra call-out.
- TakedownScheduled after the holidays. You never get on a ladder in January.
- Year-round storageThe lights are ours and they live with us for the other eleven months. Nothing in your garage.
Commercial-grade LED, and it is leased — it stays ours to maintain, replace and store. Nothing ends up in your garage.
